To make the rent payment process convenient for tenants, we provide an online tenant portal available 24/7. We encourage tenants to pay online, enabling us to pay out the rent to you faster.

Our process for rent collection is simple.

  • Rent is due on the first of the month
  • Rent is late on the 16th (Court Procedure Civil Code Title 14 §6028)- DJC Management rarely has late tenants, if at all!
  • We offer multiple ways for our tenants to pay rent online (ACH and CC)
